Delivery
We aim to create and dispatch your orders as soon as possible. Once payment has been received, your order will be dispatched within 3 days by Royal Mail. We will contact you by email if there are any changes regarding your delivery.

Cancellations and Returns
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days after the day on which you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You do not need to give any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to notify us in writing, by post or email.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase must also be included in your return. If your product is unwanted and you have contacted us within 14 days, you can return it to us at your expense provided it is unused and undamaged. Once we have received the order back, we will then issue a refund within 14 days. Anything made to specific requirements, personalised or customised items are ineligible from being returned or refunded.
The cancellation of personalised or customised orders is not possible if we have already started to work on your item or if your item has already been produced; it is vital you contact us as soon as possible should you wish to cancel your order.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for
the same item, please send us an email and we will advise further.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and credit
automatically applied to your method of payment. We recommend that you retain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost on their way back to us.
