Acceptance of Terms

These provisions set out the terms and conditions on which you may make use of the
happycaravanner.co.uk website (the “site”). By using the site and / or ordering from us,
you agree to be bound by these customer terms. The term ‘The Happy Caravanner’ or
‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 4 The Spinney,
Morpeth, Northumberland NE61 2UA. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of the
website. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions.

Rights

All rights on the website are owned by or licensed to Theresa Gaylor. When you use this website, you agree to use it only for your own personal, non-commercial use; anything else is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this site without our prior consent.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, we must receive payment in full before the order can be
accepted. This represents an offer from you to purchase the goods and we will indicate
our acceptance via email confirmation.

Order Fulfilment

We aim to correctly reflect our current stock system on all products; however, there may be occasions when a product ordered is not in stock. In this case we will contact you by email or telephone to give you the option of waiting until the item is available, choosing an alternative item or cancelling your order.

Payment

Payment for the purchase of goods you make through the site may only be made by
debit or credit card using our payment facility. You accept that some banks may charge an additional fee for certain transactions. Prices shown on our website are full price, inclusive of VAT.

Delivery

Our delivery charges are set out in the Delivery and Returns page of our website. We will deliver the goods to the address you specify in your order. It is important that this
address is correct. We will aim to deliver the goods by the quoted date, but delivery
times are not guaranteed.

Personalised and Bespoke Products

Due to the nature of these products, the cancellation of personalised or customised
orders is not possible if we have already started to work on your item or if your item has already been produced; it is vital you contact us as soon as possible should you wish to cancel your order.

Product Description

We take care to ensure the items and specifications are correct and, whilst we make
every effort to ensure that images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible, we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by browser software and different computer systems.

Discounts, Offers and Promotions

From time to time, we may offer discounts and promotions on products. Any discounts
or promotions are only valid within the time frame specified and only with the correct use of the active discount code. We are unable to add discount codes retrospectively or apply offers once the discount period has ended. Only one offer or discount code may be used with any order. Certain offers, discounts and promotions may be subject to further terms and conditions; if this is the case, it will be clearly stated on our website.

Liability

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date you placed the
order, we have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing within 60 days of the
order date. If you notify a problem to us, our obligation will be, at your choice:
● To make good any shortage of non-delivery;
● To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
● To refund the amount paid by you for the goods in question
